100% Nautical! We build custom furniture and provide home decor, artisan jewelry, high-end antiques and rare artifacts from around the world.
Annapolis Maritime Antiques is the premier shopping destination for the world’s largest collection of authentic World War II Liberty ship and Victory ship hatch covers in original condition, which we turn into one-of-a-kind nautical furniture in our woodworking workshop. We truly provide “Unique Things from the Seven Seas”!
On June 26, 2014, Tony Kime opened the doors of Annapolis Maritime Antiques in Eastport, after four years of strictly doing business online and out of a converted waterman’s shed on Parish Creek in Shady Side MD.
The location is the former Raven Maritime Studio on the corner of Severn Avenue and 2nd Street and required an extensive renovation process. The new owners of the building, Dome Chartering Inc., kept the improvements true to its historic roots and even created a studio apartment in the back of the store for its merchant ship captains to stay when they are in town. Tony committed to a long-term lease for his business of custom nautical furniture, nautical decor, and nautical antiques from around the world. Tony is a Navy veteran, former Coast Guard Reserve Commander and a retiree of Booz Allen Hamilton.
Friendly staff in the Eastport retail store help customers learn about the antiques, museum-quality artifacts, attractive decor, and the endless custom furniture possibilities created in the workshop. We ship anything anywhere, so please call or write for a quote.
