Very nice, heavy, solid brass plaque, "U.S. Naval Submarine Base New London." Not a reproduction, weighs just over 2.25 lbs. May have been mounted on an award (?). Glue residue on the back. Beautiful vintage piece honoring the New London, CT submarine base. Measures approximately 6" in diameter. Suitable for hanging.
