These Terms and Conditions May Change

Annapolis Maritime Antiques (AMA) reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. We encourage you to review these Terms and Conditions whenever you purchase products from us or use our site.

Standard Delivery Service

We ship most orders via standard delivery service; most purchases are shipped within 3 to 7 business days upon receipt of order. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; weekend and holiday deliveries are excluded. If there is a delay, we will notify you by mail or email. Some items sent directly from our suppliers may take longer, and items ordered together may not arrive in the same box. Items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories are delivered by UPS or USPS at our regular shipping and processing fees, with an additional charge of $20. Some heavy or oversized items cannot be shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. Please see below for more details on shipping rates. Please contact us with any further questions.

Items which are heavier than normal will be subject to a shipping surcharge. The customer will be notified for approval of the charge before the item is shipped. Example: Hatch Cover Furniture.

Custom Shipping Information

You may also make your own arrangements for shipping and we will deliver the item(s) purchased to any freight or mail facility with 25 miles of Annapolis, MD free of charge. We customize shipping in our fully enclosed 17’ long tandem trailer throughout U.S. Please call for a quote.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax on merchandise will be charged for orders being picked up or shipped to Maryland.
