Four options to chose from:

The United States Naval Academy - founded in 1845 in historic Annapolis Maryland, educates and commissions officers of the US Navy and Marine Corps. President Carter was a graduate of the USNA as well as 22 members of congress, 2 Nobel Prize awardees, and 52 astronauts.

The Maryland State House - the oldest in continuous legislative use in the United States. Construction started in 1772, and the Maryland legislature first met there in 1779. It is topped by the largest wooden dome built without nails in the country.

The Annapolis Yacht Club - began in 1883 as an informal canoe club called the "Severn Boat Club" which was constructed on a pile of oyster shells at the foot of Duke of Gloucester Street. The Chart House Restaurant was part of the former Annapolis/Trumpy Yacht Yard. Today's visitors can sail away on the schooner Woodwind.

St. John's College - traces its origins to King William's School, founded in 1696 to "make students free through liberal education". Early students included William Pinkney, Francis Scott Key, and George Washington's nephews.
