Antique Ships Wheel / Wall Plaque Style Mount. This "as found" item has been refinished using all the original pieces. The Wheel has been freshened, polished and waxed and the original wooden wall mount, re-stained with a bold golden border. Also some of the original paint remains on the pilot handles as well as the spindle to preserve its age and natural wear. The brass has only a wax finish, also to maintain integrity. Wheel measures 12-1/2" across x 3" deep. Plaque is approx. 10-3/4" square with a sawtooth style hanger.
