This Reed and Barton silver wardroom coffee server is the real deal. It dates back from WWII and has the serial # 3000 ID 704D engraved on it. Was in use when the Navy had the "Steward" rating where these men catered to the needs of the ship's officers. I can still see these in use f I close my eyes and look back in time.Just a wonderful piece and still functional.
