US Naval Officer's BiCorn Hat, Epaulettes, and Belt

Admiral Carl Henry Jones (1893-1958), who was the Commandant of the Norfolk Naval Shipyard from 1944-1945, wore this hat and epaulets when he was a Commander. There is a memorial for him at the Arlington National Cemetery. He is buried here in Annapolis, MD at the USNA Cemetery.
