Original real photo postcard (RPPC) published by Edward H. Mitchell of San Francisco, California, featuring the U.S.S. Arizona (BB-39), the famous Pennsylvania-class battleship of the United States Navy. The ship is shown underway with smoke rising and gun turrets visible. The Arizona later became one of the most significant vessels in American naval history due to its sinking at Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.
