A rare and beautifully aged brass shipboard telephone from the Rose McCann Telephone Company of Brooklyn, NY. Originally used aboard a working vessel, this communication unit allowed officers and crew to speak between essential ship stations using the rotary selector dial. Marked for locations such as the wheelhouse, engine room, and captain’s office, this piece offers a fascinating glimpse into mid-20th century maritime operations.
Crafted from heavy-duty brass, the box retains its natural patina and original components—including handset, selector dial, and interior faceplate. Mounted on a sturdy steel post with wooden base, it’s perfect for display in a nautical-themed space, man cave, or collector’s gallery.
Dimensions: 48" x 11" x 7"
